Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Search Professional, located in Thane. The responsibilities of this role include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and engaging with leadership talent, conducting candidate assessments, and building strong client relationships. The professional will collaborate with clients to map leadership needs and develop tailored strategies to identify, evaluate, and recruit top executives for various senior positions across industries.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in talent acquisition strategies, candidate assessment, and executive recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to conduct detailed market research and analysis, and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Knowledge of leadership and organizational development to align search strategies with business goals.
  • Prior experience with C-level and senior-level search activities in industries such as FinTech, AdTech, or Technology is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus.
