Key Responsibilities
Executive Search – Leadership Hiring
- Lead end-to-end hiring for senior sales roles (hunter, client partners, etc) and architect-level and above technology roles .
- Experience of working with consulting clients/implementation partners or direct clients.
- Conduct in-depth market mapping and talent intelligence for EU talent.
- Drive candidate experience, transparent communication, and timely closures.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Executive Search or Senior Hiring, covering Sales leadership and/or senior technology roles.
- Strong understanding of EU talent markets, particularly for sales and technology leadership positions.
- Proven ability to handle niche, high-stakes searches with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent assessment, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience working in EU time zones and offshore delivery models.
Nice to Have
- Experience in retained or exclusive search engagements.
- Exposure to both commercial (Sales) and technical (Technology) hiring portfolios.
- Prior experience supporting multi-country EU hiring.
