Who We're Looking For

You're a Sea Logistics professional with 2+ years of hands-on experience who can confidently manage end-to-end freight operations.

You should be:

• Experienced in Sea Export operations
• Skilled at negotiating competitive freight rates with shipping lines
• Comfortable handling bookings, BLs, invoices, and documentation
• Familiar with customs clearance procedures (CHA coordination experience is a big plus)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
• A strong communicator who builds lasting client and vendor relationships
• Proactive in solving problems and ensuring on-time deliveries

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end sea freight operations
• Coordinate bookings, documentation, customs clearance, and final delivery
• Negotiate rates and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines & forwarders
• Track shipments and ensure timely and cost-effective movement of cargo
• Ensure full compliance with export regulations
• Support clients with updates and deliver a smooth logistics experience
