Key Responsibilities

  • Support & Troubleshooting: Sap key master database knowledge e.g. Vendor, material, Purchasing, Inventory, Master Data process. Addressing errors in PO, GRN, Inbound delivery, Subcontracting, etc.
  • Testing: Performing unit testing and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) for system fixes.
  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation for incidents, solutions.
  • Integration Support: other Module integration knowledge, Collaborating with other users (SD FI, PP) to ensure smooth cross-functional workflows.
  • User Support: Training end-users and providing guidance on SAP best practices.
  • Problem / Ticket Management: Recording, analyzing, SAP MM user tickets (P1, P2, P3, P4) and conducting root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP MM processes (PO, GRN, MIRO, P to P cycle)
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred),
  • Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in shift hours. (Monday to Saturday 6 days week)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or related field.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in manufacturing or logistics is often preferred
