Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Executive Sales Tour Management professional at Stay Pattern. The role involves managing end-to-end sales for tour packages, including inbound and outbound inquiries, proposal creation, pricing, and contract negotiations with clients and partners. The Executive will design customized itineraries, coordinate with hotel and resort teams, and ensure smooth execution of group and individual tours. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, following up on leads, preparing presentations, and tracking performance against revenue targets. The role also includes building and maintaining relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders, as well as collaborating with internal teams to improve offerings, reporting market trends, and supporting promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, tour management, or travel operations, preferably within hospitality or tourism.
  • Strong skills in itinerary planning, package costing, and client proposal development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, office productivity software, and basic data analysis for sales reporting.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of Kashmir as a travel destination, or willingness to learn quickly about local attractions and logistics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort with occasional travel to properties or partner locations if business needs require.
