Role Description

This full-time remote role as an Executive in Sales Tour Management involves overseeing and coordinating travel and hotel management services, developing sales strategies, and building strong client relationships. The role requires managing customer inquiries, preparing tailored travel plans, closing sales opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution of tour operations. Collaboration with internal teams, market analysis, and maintaining high standards in customer satisfaction are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Sales expertise, including experience with sales strategies and client relationship management
  • Planning and organizational skills, including the ability to develop detailed travel and tour itineraries
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and customer service
  • Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry, especially in the Kashmir region, is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields preferred
