Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sales Manager based in Surat. The Executive Sales Manager will oversee business development efforts, identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and foster strong relationships with clients in the textile industry. Responsibilities include managing sales strategies, coordinating with clients to understand their needs, tracking sales performance, and presenting reports to senior management. Additionally, the role involves market analysis to identify emerging trends and providing exceptional customer service support.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Contract Closing
  • Knowledge of the Textile Industry and Textile Machinery is highly advantageous
  • Competency in Communication and Presentation Skills to effectively engage clients
  • Experience in Strategic Planning and Team Collaboration
  • Ability to work on-site in Surat and travel as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
