Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the growth of our fitness equipment business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across commercial and institutional segments.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities across gyms, fitness studios, corporates, hotels, and institutional segments
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital platforms
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored fitness equipment solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, installation) for seamless project execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and share insights with management
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Key Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–5 years of sales experience (fitness equipment, gym solutions, or B2B sales preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Basic understanding of fitness industry trends is an advantage
Preferred Skills- Experience in handling turnkey gym projects
- Knowledge of commercial fitness equipment
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong presentation and closing skills
