About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The role focuses on driving sales and expanding market presence for the Brookfield product line, while building strong customer relationships across industries and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the Brookfield product line in the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Prepare quotations, follow up, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support
- Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Maintain CRM updates and accurate sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science / Engineering / related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in scientific or laboratory instruments)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel within the territory
Preferred Skills
- Experience in viscosity measurement instruments or similar analytical equipment
- Exposure to industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, or research labs
- Basic technical understanding of laboratory instrumentation
