Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Coordinator, based in Coimbatore. The Executive Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales operations, coordinating with the sales team, providing customer service support, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The role includes preparing sales reports, handling customer inquiries, facilitating smooth sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations, with the ability to manage and streamline sales activities
- Strong Sales Coordination skills to facilitate communication between teams and ensure seamless operations
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address customer needs and foster strong relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in a sales coordination or related role is preferred
