Executive Hiring: Senior Sales Manager – Head Office (Chennai)

We are currently seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to join our leadership team at our Head Office in Chennai.

In this pivotal role, you will drive high-value B2B engagements, forge strategic partnerships with corporate leaders and hotel General Managers, and lead key account acquisition efforts across India.

**Key Qualifications & Requirements:**

- **Professional Background:** Proven experience in Hospitality, Capital Equipment, Engineering, Water Treatment, Industrial Equipment, or B2B Solution Sales.- **Track Record:** Demonstrated success in achieving aggressive sales targets, negotiating complex deals, and closing high-value contracts.- **Communication & Presence:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; strong presentation abilities; and the confidence to engage with C-suite executives, hotel owners, and GMs. Proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage.- **Technical Skills:** Hands-on experience with MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) and CRM platforms.- **Mobility & Professionalism:** Willingness to travel frequently across India, combined with a self-driven, disciplined work ethic and polished business etiquette.- **Career Stability:** A consistent work history reflecting long-term career progression, integrity, and current or recent employment.
