The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Specialist to drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing high-value leads, and expanding our market presence. You will play a pivotal role in reaching our strategic revenue milestones by engaging with domestic and international stakeholders, bridging the gap between complex technical solutions and client needs. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology—such as biometric solutions and digital identity—that impacts the global digital landscape.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in specific global territories.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to high-level strategic planning and participate in international business development sprints for rapid market penetration.
  • Technical Value Proposition: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and product demonstrations that highlight our technical expertise in eKYC, POS terminals, and API integrations.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business leads through research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with CXOs and decision-makers in the Banking, Telecom, and Government sectors.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, ensuring all activities are tracked in the CRM.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and provide feedback for product improvement.

To Qualify For The Role, You Must Have

  • Education: Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within Fintech, SaaS, or Biometric industries.
  • Technical Savvy: Comfort discussing technical products and understanding digital ecosystems.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional executive-level correspondence.

You Will Earn Brownie Points If You Have

  • An MBA degree.
  • Specific experience in B2B sales and managing long, complex sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with international markets and cross-border business etiquette.
