Purpose
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other inventory in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company SOPs. The role ensures accurate inventory control, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination with production, QA, and dispatch teams.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Receive and verify incoming raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
Ensure proper storage as per material specifications (temperature, humidity, FEFO/FIFO).
Maintain stock levels and monitor inventory to prevent shortages or excess.
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate records as per GMP and regulatory requirements.
Ensure proper documentation for GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issuance, and dispatch.
Maintain batch-wise traceability of materials.
Support audits (internal, regulatory, customer audits).
- Material Handling & Storage
Ensure proper labelling, segregation, and storage of materials (approved, rejected, quarantine).
Monitor warehouse conditions (temperature & humidity logs).
Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Purchase departments.
Arrange timely dispatch of finished goods.
Ensure proper packing and documentation for shipments.
Update inventory records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP or other inventory software).
Generate inventory reports as required by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Science, Commerce, or related field.
Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines.
Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office.
