Job Description

  • Manage the revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, and revenue optimization
  • Review and analyze revenue cycle performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement revenue cycle policies and procedures to maximize revenue and minimize denials
  • Work with insurance companies to resolve claim denials and ensure timely payment
  • Monitor and report on revenue cycle performance to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all billing and reimbursement regulations and guidelines
  • Manage and train revenue cycle staff, including billing and coding professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
