Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Grow direct B2B channel sales and distributor network.
  • Execute influencer marketing campaigns and provide economic research summaries.
  • Log, track, and report relevant prospect information using CRM sales tools.
  • Deliver customer presentations, attend sales meetings, and partner conferences.
  • Contribute to the development of sales plans and business growth strategies.
  • Design sales incentives and strategies to drive business objectives.
  • Monitor sales trends, market dynamics, and incorporate them into account strategy planning.
  • Innovate and improve the overall sales development process.
  • Coordinate strategies and tactics with the sales team and assist in sales strategy formulation.
  • Forecast sales targets and execute them within the given time frame.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales activity reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to drive high-performance culture and achieve aggressive sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in retail sales with a focus on negotiation, relationship management, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in channel management, influencer marketing, and building materials or related industries.
  • Proven track record in sales, including cooperative, government, and fintech activities.
  • Ability to design sales incentives and strategies based on market conditions.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing sales teams, forecasting sales targets, and executing sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data, tracking key performance metrics, and developing sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver sales presentations and handle negotiations effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
