Job Description

Role Summary

Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational disruptions and ensuring seamless passenger handling through effective coordination and system expertise. This role demands strong analytical skills, system proficiency, and the ability to work in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage irregular operations including flight delays, cancellations, and other disruptions.
  • Use the Sky Schedule system to identify impacted passengers and determine appropriate re-accommodation options.
  • Collaborate with NP/OCC teams to assess operational impact and implement schedule changes.
  • Communicate schedule updates to all relevant stakeholders via email.
  • Efficiently interpret TTY messages to support operational clarity.
  • Identify and promptly resolve real-time issues within the New Skies system.
  • Maintain readiness to work in a 24/7 operational environment.

Desired Qualities

  • Strong understanding of SkySpeed and other airline reservation systems
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of E-tickets and handling reject messages
  • Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 operational setup

Education

  • Graduation or Post-Graduation in a relevant field
