About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive Recruiter with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition and capable of managing end-to-end hiring processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Schedule and manage interview processes
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Experience in a fast-paced / high-volume hiring environment preferred
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Proactive and result-driven approach
