Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle hiring for technical and non-technical positions across Oil & Gas projects.
- Recruit for roles including Design Engineers, Designers, Supervisors, Technicians, Project Managers, HSE Professionals, QA/QC Personnel, Construction Engineers, and Maintenance Staff.
- Coordinate recruitment activities to meet project timelines and manpower requirements.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social networking platforms, consultants, headhunting, and vendor networks.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidate suitability based on technical competencies and project requirements.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with project teams, hiring managers, department heads, and external recruitment partners.
- Understand project requirements, job specifications, and workforce planning needs.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates to stakeholders.
Oil & Gas Recruitment Operations
- Develop a strong understanding of Oil & Gas project structures, technical roles, and industry terminology.
- Support manpower requirements for upstream, midstream, and downstream projects.
- Assist in recruitment activities for EPC, refinery, petrochemical, offshore, and drilling projects.
International & Overseas Recruitment Support
- Support overseas recruitment processes, particularly for Middle East and GCC projects.
- Coordinate candidate mobilization, visa processing, medical examinations, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with client and project onboarding requirements.
Recruitment Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, candidate databases, and hiring records.
- Generate periodic recruitment reports and analytics.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the hiring process.
