We are looking for enthusiastic & experienced individuals to join our team !

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and follow up on credit repayments and outstanding balances.
Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets.
Maintain accurate records of payments and customer accounts.
Communicate with borrowers and institutions regarding repayment obligations.
Implement recovery strategies to reduce arrears and delinquency.
Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Support coordination between credit and recovery functions.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, and corporate finance.
Professional qualifications in Banking, Credit Management, or Finance will be an added advantage.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, credit administration, banking operations, customer service, or a related financial services role.
Experience in debt recovery, customer account management, or loan administration will be an advantage.
