Role Overview

The Associate QC will manage end-to-end LinkedIn job postings, including customization, formatting, and skill set optimization. This role supports recruiters by delivering high-quality, SEO-optimized job descriptions that maximize reach and candidate quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish and manage LinkedIn job postings with best-practice customization and formatting
• Optimize skill indexing and SEO for maximum visibility and candidate match
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand job and candidate specifications
• Prepare MIS reports and track posting performance metrics
• Utilize Excel and Word for data management and documentation
• Apply digital marketing and creative skills to enhance post engagement
• Stay current on LinkedIn features and recruitment trends
• Ensure compliance with company standards and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or technical discipline
• 6 months to 1 year experience in US staffing & BPO exposure if preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MIS reporting
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn job posting optimization
• Ability to translate technical requirements into compelling job advertisements
• Local candidates available for daily on-site reporting
