Executive QA-QC

Key Responsibilities:

·      Good knowledge about casting & Machining Process

·      Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to potential suppliers

·      Evaluate proposals, negotiate, and finalize agreement with selected suppliers vendors. 

·      ensure that suppliers adhere to quality standards, timelines, and contractual agreements. 

·      monitors the progress of outsourced work through site visits, virtual coordination, and regular reporting

·      track delivery milestones and ensure that suppliers are meeting their commitments

·      address any issues or bottlenecks that arise during the outsourced work, such as material shortages or quality problems

·      maintain reports on supplier performance, delivery status, and project progress. 

·      Communicate with internal teams, suppliers to keep everyone informed on a regular basis

·      Constantly updated with the latest market trends in materials, process , systems etc.

·      Use of Microsoft Office tools & Presentation

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Requirements: Diploma Mechanical

•           Trained internal auditor for ISO system

•           Working knowledge of ERP system would be an added advantage
