Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office consumable items procurement such as low-value consumables.
- Prepare and maintain data sheet reports for Capex purchase requirements.
- Handle procurement of general packaging items, stationery, printing materials, decals, and related items.
- Prepare and monitor purchase orders of packaging materials based on approved indents.
- Prepare and process service purchase orders.
- Coordinate closely with Packing Heads and Stores for requirement planning and timely availability of packing materials.
- Assist Purchase Head in preparation of reports, MIS and documentation.
- Ensure vendor communication, tracking deliveries, and follow-ups for timely fulfillment.
- Maintain documentation and compliance as per internal procurement standards.
- Bachelor/Masters in any stream
- At-least 1 year experience
- Experience in engineering/manufacturing domain preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & computer operations.
- Ability to prepare purchase reports and documentation.
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
- Good communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented and process-driven.
