Executive - Proposal Engineering

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive - Proposal Engineering at our Faridabad location. The Executive will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, analyzing client requirements, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Other responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to gather the necessary data, providing cost estimates, and maintaining an updated database of proposals. Additionally, the role entails staying current with market trends and industry standards to improve proposal strategies and outcomes.

• Proficiency in Proposal Writing, Technical Documentation, and creating commercial offers
• Strong Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Abilities to review client requirements and develop solutions
• Knowledge of Engineering Concepts and Technologies relevant to the domain
• Good Communication Skills, Team Collaboration, and Attention to Detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
• Prior experience in proposal or technical documentation roles is advantageous
