Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, technically proficient, and organized Executive PMO to work directly with the President / Managing Director / Director, assisting in executive coordination, project management, strategic planning, and business operations.

Key Skills & Requirements

Executive Experience: Prior experience working directly with a President, MD, CEO, or Director is preferred.

Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is essential.

Project Management: Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project management software.

MIS & Reporting: Ability to prepare professional presentations, dashboards, project reports, and management summaries.

Coordination Skills: Strong ability to manage schedules, track assignments, coordinate with departments, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Professional Skills: Strong analytical ability, multitasking, confidentiality, attention to detail, and independent working capability.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Only Mechanical and Civil Engineering graduates will be considered.

Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.

Candidates must possess strong computer proficiency and software skills. Applications without adequate computer skills will not be shortlisted.

Candidates experienced in supporting senior corporate leadership will be given preference.

Preference for candidates residing in Gurugram, particularly near Sector 49, Sohna Road, Subhash Chowk, and Vatika Chowk.

Flexibility to support urgent assignments outside regular office hours when required.
