We are looking for an analytical professional who can transform complex datasets, surveys and research findings into insightful reports, white papers and publications that inform healthcare policy, business strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, organise and analyse quantitative and qualitative research data.
• Perform statistical analysis, survey interpretation and trend analysis.
• Develop charts, dashboards, statistical summaries and data visualisations.
• Prepare high-quality research reports, white papers, policy briefs and publications.
• Translate data findings into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• Support research studies, consulting assignments and impact assessments.

Ideal Candidate

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics, Economics, Biostatistics, Public Health, Data Science or related disciplines.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; exceptional fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and statistical tools such as SPSS, R, Python or Stata.
• Strong analytical reasoning, data visualisation and English report-writing skills.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analysis and research tools.
• Ability to independently produce accurate, credible and publication-quality reports.

We need someone who can go beyond numbers to develop insights that influence decisions and shape policy.
