Executive Producer - MicroDrama

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate concepts, scripts, and story pitches; collaborate with writers to refine narrative, structure, and character arcs.
• Partner with production houses, creative teams, and directors to bring stories to life efficiently and at high quality.
• Manage pre-production, shoot, and post-production workflows for smooth execution.
• Provide creative feedback on episodes, edits, performances, pacing, and storytelling.
• Track production spends and ensure efficient resource utilization without compromising quality.
• Maintain timelines, approvals, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor platform and audience insights to iterate content direction based on performance.
• Create and maintain production documentation including schedules, approvals, and status trackers.
