Executive Producer Content & Creative Non Fiction

Key Responsibilities

• Support team leads in developing non-fiction content aligned with channel philosophy, viewer preferences, and business targets.
• Oversee all stages of production from ideation to broadcast.
• Build and maintain a content pipeline responsive to evolving consumer and societal trends.
• Use data and consumer insights to enhance narrative, character development, and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with department heads, production houses, writers, directors, and producers to create compelling content.
• Partner with marketing and creative communications teams to promote shows and amplify viewer engagement.
