Job Description

Strong experience in real estate industry along with exposure to contact center operations.

  • Handle inbound enquiries from various channels (calls, website, walk-ins, campaigns).
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
  • Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
  • Provide accurate project information to customers (pricing, location, amenities, etc.).
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead closure support.
  • Address basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate pre-sales / telesales / customer support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of real estate projects and sales processes.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up skills.
