- Handle inbound enquiries from various channels (calls, website, walk-ins, campaigns).
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
- Provide accurate project information to customers (pricing, location, amenities, etc.).
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead closure support.
- Address basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
