Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and technically strong professional who can bridge the gap between product, sales, and customer training. The candidate will act as a product expert, lead pre-sales demonstrations, and ensure effective product training and adoption for internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales & Product Demonstration- Deliver engaging and customized product demonstrations to schools, clients, and partners
- Understand client requirements and align product features accordingly
- Support the sales team in technical discussions, presentations, and solutioning
- Create demo scripts, presentations, and use-case-driven workflows
- Assist in proposal building with technical inputs
2. Product Expertise & Management Support- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the company's products
- Work closely with the product team to understand features, updates, and roadmap
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product usability and functionality
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and innovations
3. Training & Enablement- Conduct training sessions for:
- Internal sales teams
- School teachers / end users
- Channel partners
- Develop training modules, manuals, videos, and SOPs
- Ensure smooth product onboarding and adoption
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content
4. Technical Support & Implementation- Assist in product deployment and initial setup at client locations
- Provide first-level technical support during demos and training
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
- Ensure a seamless customer experience during onboarding
5. Documentation & Content Development- Create and maintain:
- Product guides
- FAQs
- Demo videos
- Training materials
- Standardize knowledge resources for scalability
Key Skills & Competencies- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Good understanding of product lifecycle and customer journey
- Hands-on approach with technology/products (hardware + software preferred)
- Problem-solving mindset with customer-first attitude
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Education / Management
- 14 years of experience in:
- Pre-sales / Product training / Product support
- EdTech / Hardware / SaaS (preferred)
- Experience in client-facing roles and product demonstrations is a must
