Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive - Presales and Sales, located in Chennai. The role involves lead generation, pursuing potential clients, and managing sales activities. Daily tasks include preparing responses for RFPs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The Executive will also play a critical role in converting leads into clients and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Qualifications
  • Strong abilities in Lead Generation and Sales to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and understanding their needs
  • Experience in preparing responses for RFPs (Request for Proposals) and presenting potential solutions
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple sales and presales activities simultaneously
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, with a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Experience working in the real estate or sales sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
