Job Description

  • Patient consultations and engagement.
  • Patients follow up.
  • Good knowledge of orthodontic treatment (Braces and Aligners)
  • Identify the needs of Patients, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to Patient.
  • Create and update/maintain records of the conversations with the Patient in the CRM.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to schedule.
  • Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and Patient queries.
