Executive Pre Fabrication for Laser cutting, Bending Machine and Rolling Machine

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate CYP-Cut Laser, Delem Bending Controller, Rolling Machine (or equivalent).
• Perform nesting for laser cutting machines to optimize material usage.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices for process improvement.
• Control rejections, scrap, and ensure quality standards.
• Work with sheet metals of different grades using CNC Laser Cutting, Waterjet Cutting, CNC Bending, and CNC Rolling.
• Lead teams with a focus on productivity and safety.
• Handle costing calculations for raw, in-process, and finished materials.

Required Skills:

• Diploma Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing.
• Strong skills in CNC programming, nesting, costing, and team handling.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in precision machining / heavy fabrication industry.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing practices.
