Job Description – Executive PR (Lifestyle & Corporate)

Location - Mumbai

Job Description Summary

The purpose of this role is to provide account support and assist in managing clients across Lifestyle and Corporate sectors while ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day PR activities. The Executive PR will support media relations, content development, campaign execution, and client servicing to help strengthen brand visibility and reputation. The role requires strong communication skills, media understanding, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver impactful public relations and communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers and team leadership to plan and execute external communication and PR programmes for Lifestyle and Corporate clients.
  • Support in developing and implementing integrated PR and communication strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day client servicing activities and ensure timely delivery of communication requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain media and publication target lists relevant to Lifestyle and Corporate sectors.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare coverage reports, media trackers, and campaign analysis reports.
  • Draft press releases, media notes, articles, case studies, pitches, and other communication materials.
  • Coordinate interviews, media interactions, press meetings, and editorial opportunities for clients.
  • Assist in ideation and execution of PR campaigns, events, and brand activations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver integrated communication solutions for clients.

Skills & Requirements

  • 0–1years of experience in Public Relations, preferably handling Lifestyle and Corporate clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of media landscape and influencer ecosystem.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Prior agency experience will be preferred.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in mass communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
