Job Brief

Responsibilities:

Critical Tasks

Execution
Oversee and manage all operational activities during the assigned shift.
Coordinate real-time with plant teams to track production output and dispatch schedules.
Ensure timely and accurate entries in SAP for production, consumption, and dispatch data.
Communicate shift-level challenges to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
Generate shift reports and highlight variances against planned targets.
Governance
Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies during shift operations.
Maintain audit trails in SAP for all transactions performed during the shift.
Report any deviations, discrepancies, or risks to the section head or relevant authority.
People
Conduct training sessions to improve the technical skills and troubleshooting capabilities of team members.
Foster a culture of safety and teamwork by encouraging active participation in safety audits and maintenance tasks.
Technology
Regular use of SAP for production planning, inventory management, and dispatch tracking.
Leverage reporting tools to generate shift-level MIS and dashboards.
