Good SAP & analytical tools knowledge for Developing standalone and SAP interface systems.
- Analyze historical demand and develop models to forecast demand
- Co-ordinate with field and product management to obtain inputs for demand across the business units
- Develop Systems To Generate Forecast using the Historical Data , Marketing Inputs and Budgetted Data.
- Compare demand forecast with supply visibility (Plant capacity/Raw material/product routing) and develop models for simulation of plan
- Maintain planning parameters(Product type/lead times/stocking norms) in IT system in line with the actuals
- Review service levels and adjust planning parameters to optimize inventory and service level.
- Consolidate inventory status and publish inventory dashboards and monitor inventory health.
- Compile Standard operating procedure for all demand planning activities
- Analysing Demand variability for Forecast Accuracy, F/c. errors, etc.
- Network optimization for Better Service in Line with Market Expectation
- Good IT Knowledge for Developing System, along with SAP Interface.
- Take responsibility of the overall Planning, Forecasting, Procurement purchase and sourcing & uploading the same in the system.
- Ensuring timely checking stock, closely coordinating with vendor / production & SCM team.
- Co-ordinate with various functions such as Planning, Manufacturing, Purchase and logistics.
- Responsible for timely processing of raw material, trading material orders.
- Setting optimal stock norms for all materials and managing the same to optimize on working capital management
- Preparing a monthly sourcing plan for all raw materials and ensuring that there is no loss of production due to shortages
- Coordinate with stores and ensure timely receipt, proper storage & accountability of materials & Inventory management

- Work with cross functional team for Digital & SAP projects
