Role Description The Executive Planning, Analytics & Coordination Manager – CMD Secretariat is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for supporting the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) in strategic planning, business analytics and cross-functional coordination. The manager will consolidate and analyse business performance data, prepare executive dashboards, presentations and reports and track key initiatives and project progress for leadership review.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with business units and support functions, organising and following up on CMD action items and ensuring timely flow of information and documentation to and from the CMD Secretariat. The role also involves preparing briefs for internal and external meetings, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights and maintaining high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications

  • Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in business analytics, including data interpretation, MIS reporting, dashboard creation, and KPI tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in drafting executive presentations, reports, and meeting briefs.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with analytics or BI tools is an advantage.
  • Experience working with senior leadership or CXO offices, preferably in staffing, facility management, or related service industries.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-support capabilities, with a data-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
  • Graduate degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
