Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Executive Pizza Chef to lead our pizza operations, drive product innovation, and ensure top-tier quality across all outlets. This role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of dough, and the ability to scale recipes without compromising consistency.

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in pizza-focused kitchens

* Proven experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef (pizza brand preferred)

* Strong expertise in dough fermentation, hydration, and baking techniques

* Experience with deck ovens, wood-fired ovens, or commercial pizza ovens

* Leadership and team management skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

* Strong understanding of kitchen operations and costing

Salary Budget 40K to 45K
