Looking for Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership.
Experience: 2-5 Years
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance skills, including managing tasks, coordinating activities, and supporting day-to-day executive needs.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance skills, such as handling correspondence, preparing documents, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Diary Management skills, including calendar planning, scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and managing travel and meeting logistics.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, documentation, and basic office software proficiency (e.g., MS Office, email tools).
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience supporting senior leaders, strong time management and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle confidential information responsibly.
- A bachelor's degree or relevant diploma, and experience in a corporate or retail environment, will be considered an advantage.
