Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Personal Assistant role based in Navi Mumbai, suitable for professionals with 1 to 5 years of experience. The Executive Personal Assistant will manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, organize travel arrangements, and coordinate appointments and events. The role involves handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. The individual will act as a key point of contact between the executive and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups. The Executive Personal Assistant will also help prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and support the executive in planning and tracking key business activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leadership effectively.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and professional stakeholder interaction.
- Proficient Diary Management skills, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and time management.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- 1 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic digital collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
