Role Title: Executive - H2R PMS
Reporting Manager: L4 - Deputy General Manager
Location: Mumbai
Purpose of the Role: PMS Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- PMS operational Task
- Prepare Base file for all cycles
- Publishing the status reports as scheduled
- Tracking the form closure of employees and ensuring the closure as per the Cycle Timelines
- Follow up with BHR'S and closure the respective PMS time lines
- Tracking and re assignment to reviewers
- Appraisal Timeline preparation and alignment with BHR's
- Form BRD preparation and UAT Testing
- Rating Analysis and closure and support to COE
- Support COE in any other PMS related activities
- Good Verbal and Written Communication and Reporting
- Backend Form routing and assignments
- Share monthly Businesswise L&D report to BHRs
- Query handling and system navigation and guidance to employees and BHR's
- Good excel and MS office skills
- Good People management and stakeholder management skills is a must
- SAP know how will be useful

- Knowledge of PMS process
- Excellent Interpersonal Skill, Stakeholder management, should be energetic, proactive, agile and have a structured thought process
- Excellent Social Skills and High Emotional Intelligence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong presentation skills
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Knowledge of PMS Applications.
- Min 3- 4 Yrs. in Performance appraisal Processes
