Job Description

Role Title: Executive - H2R PMS

Reporting Manager: L4 - Deputy General Manager

Location: Mumbai

Purpose of the Role: PMS Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • PMS operational Task
  • Prepare Base file for all cycles
  • Publishing the status reports as scheduled
  • Tracking the form closure of employees and ensuring the closure as per the Cycle Timelines
  • Follow up with BHR'S and closure the respective PMS time lines
  • Tracking and re assignment to reviewers
  • Appraisal Timeline preparation and alignment with BHR's
  • Form BRD preparation and UAT Testing
  • Rating Analysis and closure and support to COE
  • Support COE in any other PMS related activities
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication and Reporting
  • Backend Form routing and assignments
  • Share monthly Businesswise L&D report to BHRs
  • Query handling and system navigation and guidance to employees and BHR's
  • Good excel and MS office skills
  • Good People management and stakeholder management skills is a must
  • SAP know how will be useful

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Knowledge of PMS process
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skill, Stakeholder management, should be energetic, proactive, agile and have a structured thought process
  • Excellent Social Skills and High Emotional Intelligence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong presentation skills

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office Knowledge of PMS Applications.
  • Min 3- 4 Yrs. in Performance appraisal Processes
