Grand Estancia, Salem's premier luxury 4-star destination, is seeking an accomplished and visionary Executive Pastry Chef to lead our Pastry & Bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities• Lead and oversee the entire Pastry & Bakery division.
• Conceptualize and design premium dessert menus, signature creations, and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain exceptional standards in taste, presentation, and quality consistency.
• Drive innovation in plated desserts, buffet displays, wedding cakes, artisan breads, and specialty confections.
• Supervise, train, and mentor the pastry brigade to deliver excellence.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and kitchen SOPs.
• Manage costing, inventory control, and wastage reduction effectively.
Qualifications• Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef in a reputed luxury hotel.
• Expertise in international desserts, artisan baking, chocolate work and modern plating techniques.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Creative vision with a keen eye for detail and presentation aesthetics.
• Sound knowledge of food cost management and kitchen operations.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-standard hospitality environment.
