Job Description

5+ years in luxury pastry or artisanal chocolate

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef / Chocolate Chef in luxury hotels, fine pâtisserie, or artisanal chocolate brands

Strong foundation in classical pastry and couverture chocolate work

Deep respect for clean flavours, minimal sweetness, and ingredient integrity

Leadership mindset with hands-on involvement

Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Ability to build systems, not just recipes.
