Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive – Packaging Quality Control, located in Chhata. The role involves ensuring the quality of product packaging, conducting inspections, developing and implementing quality control processes, and maintaining compliance with established standards. Responsibilities also include analyzing packaging materials, identifying defects, and collaborating with teams to achieve quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in quality control processes and packaging material inspections
• Knowledge of industry quality standards and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with documentation, record-keeping, and reporting for quality assurance
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior experience in the agricultural or agrochemical industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Packaging Science, Quality Management, or Chemical Engineering
