Key Responsibilities
- Handling MT & EBO order management operations.
- Preparing daily MIS reports and maintaining operational data.
- Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Tracking pending orders and ensuring timely dispatch.
- Managing inventory coordination and stock visibility.
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth operational flow.
- Maintaining order and delivery records.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of supply chain/ecommerce operations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving approach.
Working Conditions
∙ Environment: Office setting
∙ Full-time position, Monday to Friday
