Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur for the role of Executive or Senior Executive Operations. Responsibilities include managing daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records, streamlining workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, supporting loan processing, and providing excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and operational management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools for data analysis and record management
• Knowledge of financial services, housing finance, and regulatory requirements is preferred
• A customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities to handle client interactions effectively
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in a similar role within the financial services or housing finance industry is advantageous
