• Motivate the store people and Brand factory outlets
• Ensure the targets are met

Identification of new stores

• Identify localities with good prospects
• Make sure there are no retail stores nearby
• Update the location with RBD

Maintaining brand standards

• Make sure the new projects/stores are Brand compliant with Standard SOPs

Relationship with franchisee store

• Make sure the payment sent to franchisees are received on time
• Negotiate with the franchisees to make sure the stock at the store doesn't go on hold

Conducting training sessions

• Ensure achievement of personal goal for all front-line sales employee at Brand Factory

Mainly dealing with Product knowledge, customer relationship etc.
