Role Description The Executive Operations Team Leader is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing daily logistics and operational workflows across RAAHO's platform. This role includes supervising operations teams, coordinating with shippers, carriers, and drivers, and ensuring smooth execution of freight movements. The Executive Operations Team Leader will monitor key performance indicators, use data insights to improve processes, and drive continuous enhancements in service quality and efficiency. They will handle escalations, support real-time decision-making in transit and delivery planning, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with product, technology, and customer support teams to refine operational strategies and contribute to scalable growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, including end-to-end coordination of logistics processes and performance monitoring.
- Strong People Management skills, with experience leading teams, coaching team members, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to manage escalations, resolve issues promptly, and uphold service standards.
- Solid Analytical Skills, including interpreting operational data, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven improvements.
- Clear and effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or a related operations field is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with digital tools, dashboards, and CRM or operations platforms, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
