You are ready to work with visionaries and help them build their world. You will work directly with our Founder and Senior Partners. This high-impact role acts as an operational and strategic extension of the Founder's Office. You will drive critical initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and help align our teams with the company's priorities.

In this role you will

• Work closely with the leadership team to define OKRs, set priorities, and ensure execution across business functions.
• Own special strategic projects from start to finish, including venture builds, operational transformation, GTM strategy, etc.
• Conduct research, prepare presentations, and provide analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
• Streamline workflows, improve processes, and ensure that leadership time is optimized for maximum impact.
• Act as a liaison between the Founder/CEO and internal teams or external partners; manage investor and board communications as needed.
• Run leadership reviews, team offsites, all-hands meetings, and track follow-ups and deliverables.

You have

• Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Marketing Communication or related fields.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of digital platforms.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
