Job Description

Aster Medcity is looking for Executive - Operations to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Manage day-to-day operations of the organization, including coordinating with different departments to ensure efficient workflow
Monitor and analyze operations data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize processes
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance, budget and profitability
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
