Job Description

Aster Medcity is looking for Executive Operations to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives
Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure smooth and effective operations
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team, including supervisors, managers, and support staff, to ensure that they meet performance goals
Performance Monitoring: Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and evaluate the performance of operational processes
Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in product or service delivery
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols in the industry
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions
Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to optimize the supply chain and procurement processes
Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, monitor expenses, and seek cost-saving opportunities
